General Membership Meeting April 10, 2005

Members Present: Robert Caldwell, Art Carpenter, Leenie Halbert, Steve
Godfrey, Jason Neville
Non-Members Present: Camilla Brewer, Andrea Garland, Chuck

Treasury: Balance $119.41; approximately $150 is due to GNOGP from GPL
pro-capita dues

GreenPrint: Jason Neville and Casey Topelitz continue to solicit input 
for GreenPrint; Target date April 22 for completion of first portion 
(approx. 6 issues)

Office: Andrea Garland's new house/space on 4108-10 St. Claude will 
eventually become "Activist Resource Center" with dedicated space and 
storage for GNOGP/GPL.


Membership Restructuring: Voted 5-0 to approve GPLCC's new membership
structure (all Greens living in LA join GPL and GPL contributes $15 of
each $25 membership back to local, if any)

Neighborhood Canvassing Plan: Voted 5-0 to approve Steve and Robert's
"Neighborhood Canvassing Plan" to begin building and diversifying
membership from the grassroots, recruiting new members, promoting
GreenPrint, registering new GP voters, and preparing for 2006 city

Voter Registration/ Campus Outreach: Jason and Leenie to continue to
work with campuses (UNO. LSU, Loyola) to register voters; Leenie to
speak/register voters at UNO Greens showing of film "End of Suburbia";
Jason to attend Loyola Gaia Fest (April 22) with Casey to register
