GNOGP: Minutes

ANNOUNCEMENTS

* TREASURER'S REPORT - Current Balance: $88.90 Our account is rather
exhausted from the campaign and needs some nourishment. Focus needs to
be placed on fundraising.

*  GREEN DINNER - 3 March 7:00pm  3229 Banks (Mid-City)
Co-ordinated by Josh Scalf and to be held at his house. A plate of some
savory pot-luck fare should be around $3-4. Invite your progressive
friends, lets make this an opportunity for groups to communicate with
each other in an informal environment.

* BOOK SALE - The shipment of The Green Alternative by Brian Tokar has
arrived and is on sale for $5 a copy. Contact Art Carpenter, Treasurer.

OLD BUSINESS

*ELECTIONS - Some dear, hardworking people have left us and have needed
to be replaced. Evelyn Goss will carry on for Steve as membership
coordinator. Heather Morgan, will carry on for Jason Neville as party
secretary. On a brighter note, (noone's departure involved) Joshua
Scalf was voted in as fundraising coordinator. The ball has been
passed, let's keep moving forward.

* COORDINATING COMMITTEE - Discussion of the previous CC's failure to
meet and the redefining of it's function and how to make it effective.
Agreement that cementing our constitution and bylaws, i.e. having a
framework within which we proceed, is an excellent first step.

* NEIGHBORHOOD CHAPTERS - discussion of a possible second green party
chapter working out of the St. Claude office.

**NOTE** No decision was taken on the last two items of the agenda as a
quorem was not present.
